Our Services: Natural Market Alchemy delivers premium in-store brand management, merchandising, demo-management and other product marketing services, primarily in the NYC whole foods markets. We act as a liaison between your brand and these stores, and work to build a strong relationship between your company and the employees of each store.  We make sure that your product is always stocked well, and that your product is making the best possible impression on both the store employees, and your customers.

In-Store Brand Management:

  • Sales/Merchandising: We visit stores multiple times per week to ensure that your product is stocked properly, displayed well, negotiate promos, and help bring in new SKUs and open new store
  • Building in-store relationships: We make sure that all buyers, managers and team members, know who you are and care about your success.  This way, your product is still promoted even when we are not in the stores.

Demo Management: In-store product demonstrations are one of the most effective, and highly-valued methods of marketing natural food products.  However, building a reliable demo team (either in-house or third-party) tends to be an enormous struggle for many companies, and overseeing demo operations can often be challenging.

Since we are regularly visiting target NYC natural food stores, we have the ability to oversee your demo operations, help train reps and offer the support and motivation they need be true brand ambassadors, rather than merely handing out free samples.
